Is your Braun product within the 2 year manufacturer warranty period?

Should your Braun product develop a fault within two years of purchasing it will be repaired or replaced free of charge under the terms of your warranty.

In order to qualify for free of charge warranty support you will need to have your original proof of purchase available to share with us. The date listed on your proof of purchase is the date your product's warranty period starts.

If you do not have your proof of purchase, you may still book it in for inspection and a free estimate for repair. If you then choose not to proceed with the repair we can dispose of your product at no charge, or you can pay the postage for us to return it back to you unrepaired.

Is your Braun product outside the 2 year manufacturer warranty period?

Should your Braun product develop a fault after two years from the point of purchase we offer a free repair estimate service, based on which you may decide on the best course of action.

How long will the process take?

In both cases we aim to process your returned product within 24 hours of receipt. Should we have any questions or you are requesting an estimate we will be in contact, otherwise your Braun product will be serviced, restored to full working order and returned to you.
